of members on your plan
Invite a team member, assign a role, and revoke access instantly. All data is simulated.
Per-site role-based access control
GhostlyX manages team access at the site level, not the account level. You can give a colleague access to one client site without exposing every other site on your account. Each invitation is scoped to a single site and a single role.
Each invitation is sent by email. The recipient creates their own GhostlyX account or signs into an existing one and immediately sees the sites they have been granted access to. No shared passwords, no shared logins, no exported spreadsheets.
Revoke access at any time from the site settings. Removing a team member from a site does not affect their GhostlyX account or their access to any other sites they have been invited to separately.
Invite by email
Send an invitation to any email address. The recipient does not need an existing GhostlyX account to accept.
Site-level permissions
Grant access to individual sites. Members see only the sites they have been explicitly invited to, nothing else.
Viewer and admin roles
Viewers get read-only analytics access. Admins can also manage site settings, edit goals, and invite other members.
Revoke access instantly
Remove a team member from a site at any time. Access ends immediately with no delay.
No seat fees on Scale
The Scale plan supports unlimited team members per site. Starter and Pro plans include a defined number of members per site.
Viewer vs admin: what each role can do
Roles apply per site, not per account. The same person can be a viewer on one site and an admin on another.
Billing is always managed solely by the account owner.
Who benefits from team access
Agencies
Add clients to their own site so they can check analytics directly. No need to export reports or schedule calls just to share data. Clients get read-only access, nothing more.
Development teams
Give engineers, designers, and marketers access to the sites they work on. Each person logs in with their own credentials and sees the relevant data for their role.
Founders and operators
Share your dashboard with a co-founder, an investor, or a contractor without handing over your account credentials. Revoke access just as easily if the relationship changes.
Frequently asked questions
What is GhostlyX team member access?
GhostlyX team member access lets account owners invite other people to specific sites with defined roles. Invited members log in with their own GhostlyX accounts and see only the sites they have been granted access to. Roles include viewer (read-only analytics) and admin (full site management).
Does the invited person need to pay for GhostlyX?
No. Team members you invite do not need their own paid plan. They create a free account and access only the sites you have shared with them under your subscription.
How many team members can I invite?
Team member limits depend on your plan and apply per site. The Scale plan supports unlimited members per site. Check the pricing page for limits on Starter and Pro plans.
Can I give a client read-only access?
Yes. The viewer role provides read-only access to the analytics dashboard for a specific site. Viewers cannot change site settings, invite other members, or access billing.
What is the difference between viewer and admin roles?
Viewers can browse the analytics dashboard and export data for the sites they are invited to. Admins can do everything a viewer can, plus manage site settings, edit goals, and invite or remove other team members.
What happens to a team member's access if I downgrade my plan?
If you downgrade to a plan with a lower team member limit and currently have more members than the new limit allows, you will be prompted to remove the excess members before the downgrade takes effect.
Can team members see data for sites they have not been invited to?
No. Team members only see the sites they have been explicitly invited to. They cannot browse other sites on your account.
How do I remove a team member?
Open the site settings, go to the Team Members tab, and click Remove next to the member you want to revoke. Their access ends immediately. Removing someone from one site does not affect their access to any other sites they have been invited to separately.
Analytics built for teams
Start with one site and invite your team when you are ready. No seat fees on Scale, no complicated permissions to configure.
