What white-label covers

Custom logo

Upload your own logo to replace the GhostlyX wordmark in the shared dashboard header and footer.

Remove badge

Hide the "Powered by GhostlyX" pill from the footer of shared dashboards entirely.

Custom domain

Serve shared dashboards from your own subdomain (e.g. analytics.yourcompany.com) via a simple CNAME record.

1

Set up your branding

Go to Settings / White Label in the sidebar of your dashboard.

Brand logo

Upload a PNG, JPG, SVG, or WebP file up to 2 MB. Your logo appears in the header and footer of every shared dashboard your account owns. Recommended height: 40px. Transparent background works best on dark backgrounds.

Brand name

Used as a text fallback when no logo is uploaded. Appears in the shared dashboard header.

Hide "Powered by GhostlyX"

Toggle this on to remove the GhostlyX badge from the footer of shared dashboards. When enabled, only your logo (or brand name) is visible.

2

Set up a custom domain (optional)

Serve shared dashboards from your own subdomain instead of ghostlyx.com.

Add a CNAME record in your DNS provider pointing your subdomain to GhostlyX:

Type Host Value
CNAME analytics whitelabel.ghostlyx.com

Once the DNS record is live (propagation typically takes a few minutes to an hour), enter the full domain in the Custom domain field in your white label settings and save. GhostlyX will then route all requests to that domain to your white-labelled shared dashboards.

HTTPS on custom domains

Custom domains are served over HTTPS automatically when your DNS is pointed to GhostlyX via Cloudflare or a host that supports SSL termination. If you manage your own SSL, ensure the certificate covers your custom domain.

Frequently asked questions

Does white-label affect all shared links on my account?
Yes. White-label settings apply to all shared links across all sites you own. Individual per-site overrides are not currently supported.
Can I use white-label without a custom domain?
Yes. You can upload a logo, set a brand name, and hide the "Powered by GhostlyX" badge without configuring a custom domain. Shared links will still be served from ghostlyx.com, but the GhostlyX branding will be replaced with yours.
Will my clients know they are using GhostlyX?
With white-label enabled and the "Powered by" badge hidden, the GhostlyX name does not appear on shared dashboards. The URL in the browser address bar may still show ghostlyx.com unless you also set up a custom domain.
What image formats are supported for the logo?
PNG, JPG, WebP, GIF, and SVG are all supported. Maximum file size is 2 MB. For best results, use a PNG or SVG with a transparent background. The logo is displayed at up to 140px wide and 40px tall.
Does changing white-label settings affect existing shared links immediately?
Yes. Changes take effect immediately on all existing shared links. Visitors will see the updated branding on their next page load with no need to regenerate links.
Which plans include white-label?
White-label is available on the Business plan ($29/month) and Scale plan ($69/month). It is not available on the Free or Pro plans.
